Heather Manzanilla is the founder of Everyone’s Home Team at Nav Real Estate, proudly serving the Pikes Peak region with a people-first, relationship-driven approach. With a background in crisis intervention and a lifelong connection to real estate, Heather brings both skill and empathy to every transaction.

She specializes in guiding first-time buyers, VA clients, and law enforcement families through the buying and selling process with care, clarity, and respect for privacy. Having grown up in a family of home flippers, Heather developed an early passion for real estate. She became licensed in 2018 and has since built her business through referrals from satisfied clients who value her calm presence, strong communication, and commitment to their goals.
